Birden fazla olan isimlere çoğul denir.
When a noun stands for one thing it is SINGULAR.
When a noun stands for more than one thing it is PLURAL.

1-İngiliz Dilinde tekil isimleri çoğul yaparken, genellikle sonuna (s) eklenir.

2-Sonu o, ss, sh, ch ve x ile biten isimlerin sonuna (es) eklenir.

brush (fırça)

3-İsmin sonu (y) ile bitiyorsa ve ondan önceki harf sessiz/ünsüz ise (y) atılır
ve yerine (ies) konur.

4-İsmin sonu (y) ile bitiyorsa ve ondan önceki harf sesli/ünlü ise sadece (s)
konur.
